ParanoiaiS

The ParanoiaiS is the first iSCSI product in the Paranoia family of products. It has a SCSI host interface and the connection to tape is available as either LVD or HVD SCSI.

The ParanoiaiS allows the use of standard SCSI tape drives in a LAN connected environment with encryption. With the implementation of iSCSI in all levels of organization, ParanoiaiS allows both existing and new SCSI tape drives to be connected across a LAN or WAN but with the added benefit of producing a secure tape backup or archive. ParanoiaiS is compatible with the Paranoia2 family of devices along with the complete SafeTape range.
