SCSI Configuration
Paranoia3 supports from one to four SCSI drives (daisy chained) and each drive can be configured independently for secure or non-secure operations. There is no SCSI ID configuration required as the unit will detect the IDs of the attached drive(s) and these will be repeated to the host systems. When using multiple drives within a tape library, the same approach is used as for multiple drives but the tape library robotics is also included in the chain. Paranoia3 will recognize the library robotics.

Fiber Channel Configuration
Paranoia3 Fiber Channel model supports up to four fiber devices and these can be via a switch or when library outputs all devices on a single fiber channel, these can be supported directly. When more than one device is to be connected, professional installation is highly recommended.
